    Ya know, now that I'm thinking about it, I had a set of 16/35 Boggers on my 92 YJ. They were mounted on 15x12 wheels and they rode a crap ton better than the LTBs on the OGT. Dunno if that's because a leaf-sprung solid axle absorbed vibes better than a coilover IFS or if I just got a weird set of LTBs though. In fact, the LTBs on the OGT are the worst riding Intercos I've ever owned. I love the performance and the look, and I would probably replace them with more of the same, but, yeah, they are the worst set of Intercos I've owned for vibration at highway speeds.

    It needs to come down around an inch to where I anticipated it being... But it's at 25" frame height on fairly aired up 40's, looks taller in the pics. Winch and bumper will help bring it down

    What Timbo said. In person, it doesn't look nearly as high in the front. It's not nearly as noticeable as it is in the pictures, so like Todd said, the winch and bumper will probably make it just right. :thumbsup:

    Nope. I think you can adapt some calipers that have an integrated e-brake to work but we aren't worried about it.

    The caddy had them and from what I read it’s a pain in the ass to keep them adjusted. Easier to run a line lock

    Unless you blow a piston seal or tear a line off or something. If the truck is an automatic, then you probably don't really need a parking brake, but having an option if your hydraulics are compromised is a pretty good ideer. ;)

    Meh!

    The Tundra master and booster stop the truck pretty well, but I'm still not happy with the pedal. It has more throw than I would like before they engage. So when you're coming off an obstacle I feel like I have to stab the pedal instead of feathering the brake.

    I have a new reman master that I'm going to bolt up in case my used master is faulty. I doubt that's the issue though.

    I feel like the ABS systems on these trucks do more than we think in helping with braking performance, but I could be off base. It looks like you're using the same brakes as me. The 1/2 ton chevy stuff from lugnut?

    The rears are whatever ruffstuff sells in their kits.... I believe Chevy 3/4 ton front calipers and the front axle I haven't touched yet, but I believe we are going to go with what you mentioned, the lugnut 1/2 ton brake setup.

    The caliper you have shown up above looks exactly like the lugnut stuff, pretty sure they're the same.

    So the problem is that the master isn't pushing enough fluid. There's a pedal there, but it's very low. I'm looking around for an adapter to run a 1 ton master on the tundra booster. I may have to make one.
