    Given average trail conditions Lippincott is a walk in the park compared to Poughkeepsie or even Black Bear. Lippincott is more prone to wash outs and can get impassable all together pretty quick. Heck I was knocked unconscious (while driving) near the top of Lippencott. It didn't bother me much but the wife nearly died of fright.

    You used a tripod too, I assume?

    I was just given a hand-me-down camera from my shopaholic step mother. I think it may have a few issues but it's the first real camera I've ever owned. I have no idea how to use it or remember any of the F-stop, aperture, etc crap from the mandatory photography class I had to take in high school.
