    Due to the alpine loop section of this trip starting on Sunday most likely, I think I'm out. However, myself and a few other rigs will most likely be in the area that weekend, but we'll be heading home on Sunday at some point. If all works out, it'd be cool to meet up if possible for a night to shoot the breeze with you guys.

    Don't wanna step on any toes, but once I know what weekend I'm going down, I'll probably throw out the opportunity in the CO Upcoming Events thread for the Denver folks that want to make it a weekend trip and can't take off work for the third leg.

    Per Monte, the 3rd leg of this epic adventure would probably start on a Sunday (8/11) in Ouray, CO. Some friends and I are planning to run the loop over that exact weekend and then leave to head home on that Sunday. We'll probably be leaving Denver Thursday after work to actually start driving the loop on Friday (8/9).

    So, we'd be finishing the loop and heading home on the day this adventure starts it.

    Edit: If the group were able to get down there saturday night, we could all meet up to camp for a night and wheel for part of sunday before going different directions.

    And yet it doesn't look like you are doing that... i don't see a hitch receiver on the front of that bumper.

    I had Ben tuck the front of mine a little tighter since Im not putting a winch in the front.

    Well yeah! Duh! The ability to put the winch on the back is for when you need to winch yourself backwards. The only reason i want a winch is for going out by myself. Almost every time I.go.group wheeling someone has a winch in the group and if not there are tow straps.
