I don't do Facebook, but saw it pop up in my news feeds today.

My take away from it was, "Don't be a Stuart". :boink:

FaceSnapInstaTweet is really a two sided rabbit hole that sucks in the weak and makes them broke, poor payment deep copy cats, and at the same time it poops out life lessons for the rest of the population to just say, things like:
    "Duh!"
    "Told you so!"
    "Good luck with that!"
    "You'll never learn!
    "What did you expect?"
    "Did you do the math?"
    and
"Didn't your parents teach you anything?".

Upgraded brakes & gears are totally understandable and good ideas. Not having sliders and at least a front skid are non conversation points. I don’t plan on going bigger than 265/75 because if I need more clearance than that, then I shouldn’t be going wherever that is.

Sounds like the guy was all flash, little function as far as the build goes. Let’s just hope he didn’t have big ass spacers and blocks to fit them tires

Coming from a guy that works in maintenance, that was piss poor cord management & full of safety violations. Plus, doesn’t he seem like the kind of guy you would hate if your sister brought home? Lol

I call BS on the toast and coffee. We tried plugging my buddy’s Kurig, a hot pot for boiling water, and a hair drier into my inverter. All immediately tripped the breaker. Heating elements pull a lot of amps for our little inverter.

Yeah. 400W couldn't even handle my glove /boot dryer. I was annoyed.

    ...

My truck has some mild mods. Super slow build, lol. I'm a 'one size up' kinda guy, wrt mechanicals. Replace wear items with better options. Etc.

Biggest reason why I switched to a winch bumper is some SOB cracked the plastic bumper and it was annoying me to death.

It’s ok, we all have mods, this is a safe place lol.
I doubt we would be on Tacoma world if we didn’t want to waste/use our monies for cool stuff. Hell, I even check out other sweet Tacoma’s like they are stacked blondes walking down the street now, then apologize to my truck for looking at other trucks haha

In many ways, yes it is.

So much so, it is mind numbing.

Please kick me in the nutz if I ever ask something silly here like: "I just got this Tacoma, what mods should I do to it?"
