    Sounds good!

If anyone else wants to join for a Bennett Pass run tomorrow (8/14), we're meeting at the Gresham Fred Meyer by hw26 at 8:45am. Should arrive at the snow park around 10am. Let us know on here if you wanna join and which location you'll meet us at.

Not many pics today because of the smoke but @Astr0Aar0n and i had a pleasant time doing Bennet Pass Road. The infamous shelf road has a cone that helps alleviate some of the fear of falling over the side. I snapped this pic at Flag Point Lookout, which has a very well maintained outhouse at the top. Been pretty quiet in here lately.

What're some adventures people have gone on recently or have planned in the next few months?

Personally, with starting a new career in teaching, I've recently found out that we take the middle school kids out on a 5 day camping trip in the middle of October. I'm very much looking forward to this and teaching some outdoor science/safety/survival lessons. And obviously showing off my overlanding setup lol

Just got back from a 2 night Bend/Prineville stay for some basic exploring with my kiddos. My kids caught their first smallmouth out of the reservoir. Found a canopy on craigslist the day before and put it to use. Love that thing so far.

We stayed at Prineville Reservoir. I wasnt in the mood to rough it this time. Stayed in the deluxe cabin for the first time. Surprised it had shower and toilet.

Congrats on that canopy! Those aren't easy to come by in quick notice usually. Looks great on your truck. You planning a bed build at all with now having it?

Lots of Tacomas on way too much lift. That’s just the style there so it’s normal. Lol.

I orginally was scoping that stretch of campgrounds but with the restrictions on open flames for cooking, i didnt want to try alternatives for meals.

Unfortunately I haven’t done anything for a while. I ended up with Covid and was out of commission for two and half weeks. Now I’m trying to catch up on all my im yard work… I’m itching to get back out there though.
