What an unfortunate series of events. I feel like we did good given the circumstances. Haha.

 

We did real good… even before I got stuck and broke my CV I was wondering how I was going to make it up that hill after watching you bounce around going up it

 

Yeah, I was giving it hell. When I walked down the hill I noticed the snow had a flat sled-imprint all the way up, plus a diff dragging mark. Walking back up that hill after getting your truck free had me breathing like it was my first day at a CrossFit gym.

Update for my rig, the check engine light turned off on its own. It must have been a fuse not being seated correctly and then took a few cycles to clear after I checked all those fuses.

 

Nice. Hopefully it stays fixed.

 

Anyone have recommendations on a 4x4 shop they trust, that is located near Portland? I’d like to install SPC upper control arms, coil over swap, Add-a-leaf, timbren u-bolt flip kit.

Any recommendations on an alignment shop that is familiar with SPC control arms on a tacoma?

 

I used automotive outfitters on 82nd and foster. They were fast and they know their stuff.

 

Accessories Outfitters in Beavertron ain't too bad. A little on the spendy side but they know Tacos pretty well from my experience

Myself and at least one friend of mine have had negative experiences with the work Automotive Outfitters has done on our trucks. Cannot say I recommend that shop at all, based on personal experience.

 

If you call the guys at Warrior Products in Tualatin, OR , they build and sell offroad products for Toyota, Jeep etc, Im sure they are familiar with which 4x4 shops in the area are legitimate. here is a link to their site, check out their awesome stuff they make as well.

Friends of mine have had good experiences with Wanderlust and Lolo. They haven’t worked on any of my vehicles, but it was worth mentioning.

 

I’m @TacoTim85 ’s friend that has had shitty experience with AO but great experience with wanderlust

 

Michael at Wanderlust has done a bunch of work for me and have done excellent work every time .I highly recommend them .Haven't done anything with LoLo but have heard nothing about good stuff for them and Vince at Mach1 knows his stuff

Another thing to think about is everyone that works at wanderlust owns a Toyota….
