    by bolt up? it uses the rails, so your side rails would not be usable, and yea it's not completely water tight, but pretty close, I never had a piece of weatherstripping on the front, but you can put one there, I forgot to mention the drain hoses that it came with aren't with it, but you can use 1/4 fuel line, or 5/16's i forget which one fits better
