    Well I was told they fit all second gen. Tacos but "reg cab."


    Part number T2-RS-BO I just called and confermed they do fit extra cab and DC idk if they do or do not fit long wheel base, but I'm more than game to help put them on for who ever buys them, or even test fit before they throw down $300 on a part they might not fit their truck.

    they actually will. i had a nice long conversation with total chaos about it before i ordered.

    there are two reasons they say they won't work (but actually will).
    1) you will no longer be able to fit the codder pin back in when the nut is tight. the solution is to just check it after about 100 miles and retighten it.

    2) it get's in the way of a wrench on the bolt, so with a uniball, you just turn the top or the bolt, and hold the nut still. with a balljoint, all you have is the nut on the bottom. the solution is get an open end wrench. it takes a lot longer to get the nut on and off since you're doing it 1/8 of a turn at a time, but it will work with stock and light racing UCAs.

    just thought i'd share.

    You could put a jam nut on there instead of a castellated nut, it's what I use on all of my stuff, and if that's not your thing use safety wire, race cars use that method along with baja.
