    I'm not sure why he's coming to you, but I don't think you have to take them, unless he's at your doorstep, then it'd be wrong not to. I heard from my sister that in contract law, if you make an offer, and they refuse it the first time, that offer is actually thrown out, not that situation requires any of that, but that's my understanding. Between then and now you could have changed your mind, bought another set, bought somethin else, ur call

    I mean they are probably worth 300, cause remember rubber is worth more than metal
