I spoke to tac1 earlier and he's going to reserve as many as he can for the first night but we need to confirm how many will be needed for the second night. I believe he's going to try and reserve 6 or 8 spots next to each other.

Sweet Jesus, everyone calm down. Driving to citrus won't accomplish anything  All you have to do to reserve the sites is give them a call. The rate is $20 a spot per night. Two trucks per site. I would love to call tomorrow for everyone but I honestly don't know if I can do it this year. I dont think I'll even be able to commit to coming until after this semester is over.

My fiance and I camped at citrus this weekend for a romantic getaway and we scoped out holder mine. It was jam packed and didn't look as nice as TH FWIW.

Well it's easy to say calm down when you have the answers. Those of us who have been concerned about the meet and making sure it happens don't have the knowledge of how to reserve sites.

I was under the impression that Mike had always gone there before hand and reserved the sites in person. So for those of us who have yet to reserve in the past, no it's not such common info. And if you knew, why didn't you chime in and tell us that??? Im sure you had been keeping up with this thread.

Guys. I just finished setting down the last of my (92) 52 lb pavers in my back yard so I haven't looked at this thread BUT I did call that # again & left a message. No return call. I called 3 more times throughout the day. No return call. My guess is that they just go to the office in the morning & then stay out in the park itself. I will call them again tomorrow morning & reserve sites 29-37. These are the ones that are next to each other. Does that sound good?

    *****************UPDATE********************UPDATE**************UPDATE**************UPDATE****************

I just got off of the phone with Eddy Duval from Tillis Hills.

    * I reserved sites 29-37 from Jan 3-4 since I don't know who's going to stay more than one night. I told him that some people will be staying more than one night. Eddy told me to just keep him up to speed with any changes as the date gets closer.

    * Since no one is renting those sites on Thursday we can be there as early as 8:00am on Friday.

    * He asked for my name full name & mailing address & said that I will be receiving the some papers to fill out in about a week.

    * He again repeated the details:
2 average sized vehicles per site (average meaning if it's a camper then it's 1. Not an issue for us).
No more than 5 people per site.
    No pets allowed.
$20 per night includes electric, water, & tax.
Payable in cash or check UPON ARRIVAL
    Check out time is 2:00pm

I will keep you up to date on the paperwork once I get it.

    Thanks.
