Hard to tell what "K" is, but that site only sells internals, which you don't need (as far as we know). That diagram also is just for the 52, not 54 which needs to be determined.

You'll need that boot "3", for the clutch fork.

Awesome thanks! I guess If you could keep a look out for a shifter and the shifter base that'd be awesome! I'll be looking around more once I get back to eglin tomorrow

You should try and contact someone at Marlin to see if the 52 and 54 are interchangeable. There's a 54 base on ebay, missing the stick though.

It sounds like they should swap, that it's just bearing differences, but I'd double check first.

just got off the phone with Marlin Crawler, he said those bases are interchangeable BUT the transfer case base and shifter will not swap over, so I'll have to find the Tcase base and shifter as well

Welcome! Ton of Tacos in the pan handle. One of the top spots in this area is the Eglin Range. You can get a permit from the Jackson Guard and they will explain all the rules and give you a map. Tons of meets in central Florida, I think the next big one is in February.

    Nice truck!

Anybody up in the panhandle know a crap ton about how to do some retrofits? Id rather not ship them off and then have no clue how its done. I get the initial step of baking them, but from there its kinda cloudy cause i suck with electrical.

Welcome FishTaco_13! That's a sweet lookin truck man! I wish I would have researched our trucks a lot more when I was in the market in one, I would've went for the Off-Road package! Oh well, you live and learn I suppose! The pass that DeTako was talking about can also be given to you if you do it online. The link is https://eglin.isportsman.net/OutdoorRecPermits.aspx I think you have to create an account and then watch a video about UXOs and all that fun stuff. Speaking of Detako, when are we going out on the Range so I can see that new truck of yours?! Lets try and get everyone together soon!
