I've been lurking on this thread for a little while to see if anyone here did meet ups and any trail riding. And now y'all are going on a weekend I can't make it.

Oh well, in a stock truck thats my DD anyway. Probably for the best.

we'll have to do more in the future and upcoming weeks. It's been far to long since the last time we did any wheeling in this area. the last meet we had was pretty much me and nelsen going out exploring lol. before that, was a couple years back before our old fearless leader drowned his truck over in Daphne lol; after that......the monthly offroad meets just kinda...stopped, we need to get it up and going again. There WILL be more for sure, we need to plan things out here soon and figure out what and where people want to go/do

Well I'm Daphne. Like I said I'm in a stock TRDOR. But I'm still up for it if y'all get together again. I'll remain sub'd to keep up with things. Hope y'all have fun and be sure to post some pics.

Just curious, where in Daphne did y'all go? I haven't seen much other than a few power line/gas line trails between subdivisions here.

I'll have to go out with y'all before my truck gets painted. But I have some stuff I gotta take care of this weekend though!

here's the video i made when we* went, it was some trail off to the side, but it seemed more and more like a atv trail more than anything lol. This was our last official meet here on the panhandle, the black truck with the roof rack thing was the one that drowned lol

lol, tune it? what is this tuning that you speak of haha. nah this is some random 4 foot antenna and a POS radioshack CB that is ok at close range, does not work worth a damn at range lol. That's why I upgraded to what I have in the Tacoma lol. eventually Ill do the same to the 80...just for now, I at least HAVE one in there lol

Hahaha, so any ideas for places to offroad? I know of a few places.

    - ranges
    - boggs and boulders
    - offroad park (don't know the name) over by Chipley florida I think

It's just a bunch of roads (and a few holes) in the woods. Not sure how far people are willing to drive, but the national forest has a lot of roads.

It is probably getting too hot to camp, but you can go camp for free. The few official campsites have power hookups and are $10/night. The distributed camping gets limited during hunting seasons. I would one day like to conquer Forrest Road 130.

I'm down to make quite a hike if we plan a multi day camping and wheeling trip. Like he said, it's getting hot so it may have to wait until it cools down a bit. So pretty much never because this is FL
