We've got funny pics, WTF, Funny and not funny gifs... Why not a FML thread?

For those of you who need the definition: F*ck My Life.

    I'll go first

Had to go to Baltimore for work early this morning. Up at 4am and on the road by 5am.

Cruising down I-95 South through Philly and I cut the drivers side rear. Still dark, time crunch to be with my boss in Baltimore.

Pull off the Bridge St. Exit (not the greatest area) and manage to quickly change the tire to the doughnut spare. Inconvenient, but not a really big deal. 10-15min later I'm back on 95 headed south.

Car looks stupid and handles like a shopping cart but whatever, I made it on time.

    Fast forward:
Get home and pull the tire repair kit and ARB inflation tool from the truck.

Go to pull the spare (now using air impact from my shop) and this happens:

    FML...

Simple tire patch now graduated to replacing a wheel stud. :annoyed:

    What's your FML story?

I know what you’re thinking. It’s a shrub, what’s the big deal? Well, I was pulling weeds out of the landscaping, bent down to grab the next handful, and that m’er f’ing leafless branch took a straight shot into my ear like the bomb that blew up the Death Star. Went and sat on my deck in stunned disbelief while trying to figure out how much of my ear drum was left.

Turns out I’m ok but it was a scary couple of seconds there...

Hell naw man...when I was back in dc I had to survey all the Amtrak stations and routes along the NE corridor. Each Amtrak region has its own politics but it was hilarious how everyone tip toed around Baltimore’s department because they always needed help on their stuff and at the same time never helped anyone else. I would have though the more north you went the more salty...but nope just in good ol shithole Bmore.

You know it’s legit when old folks have handwritten boards attached to their porches saying to “stop killing each other.” For the old folks I feel bad for them cause they can’t leave there and yet have to witness their whole culture rot to what it has become. I lived in va for 18 years before peacing back out west.

My commute is from Street, which is 3 miles south of the PA line. 44 miles one way. And I'm right downtown. Luckily my wife works a block away so we can commute together which relieves a lot of stress.

Ain't that the truth! I guess we're all in the same boat with bills to pay. That's the real "FML"!!! Very few are exempt from that.

The white circle is the outline of a broken brake bleeder. Broke a drill bit inside it, welded at least 10 nuts that all fell right off, broke a torx bit inside a different hole trying to extract it again. Drilled this last hole and broke my carbide masonry bit at the very end. Now I’m just staring at it (already bought a new caliper, staring at that too)
