Who in NC has a pass for the south end (State Recreational Area)? I enjoy Fort Fisher much more than the crowded and rowdy north end of CB.

I saw a lifted 1st gen pulling out a Chevy on Sunday at "The Turn". There always seems to be several Tacomas there. I had my Orange road bike on my roof as I was meeting with someone to sell it after the beach.

I don't have an annual pass, but I try to make it out as much as possible. My work keeps me based in Northern Virginia, but my girlfriend and her 4 year old live in the Monkey Junction area. I'm down there for anything from a few days to a few weeks at a time pretty frequently.

I like to go friday afternoon or whenever the tide is low on the weekend. I don't surf fish that much anymore and it enables my little guy to play in the water safely.
