    Hey Monte

When your new project is all done, do you mind detailing how you run the wire from the mirror housing to the sail?

Like I said in the other thread, I'm trying to run a heating element to the back of the glass and can't remove that honeycomb (for lack of a better term) piece. And I'm pretty sure there's no way to run wires without removing it, right?

    Thanks.

Did your tires rub when you first put your wheels on? Or did you leave the spacers on the whole time? I'm looking to get 33x12.5 with 4.0 backspacing wheels

well 33s will rub pretty much no matter what..i had to do the pinch weld mod big time. I never did any super hard core wheeling though with the 4'' BS. I do know that the owner of my rims and tires did and it rubbed on the frame pretty bad. So he used 1'' spacers up front.

I just decided to go ahead and use mine and instead of buying new 1'' ones just reused my 1.5'' ones. Now..i like the look :D haha

    thanks man!!

im excited to see the results. its coming along..

Yea it was. Good idea haha blew up in my face not 10 mins ago. Literally finished wiring it and flipped on the switch to see both lights on(I'd had the drivers side done for a while) and nearly burned the truck down. My dad and I were baffled at this. Could not for the life of us figure out what had happened.

But being its late and I was sick of working on it. I just left the truck half tore open and the battery disconnected till tomorrow where I can redo it all.

I sure hope I didn't kill the lights though..I have no more mirrors left and no more lights
