man I heard they give you power through all the rpms unlike a turbo (correct me if I'm wrong but i think that is right) I would go with a turbo just because i don't think I could stand it.

I have riden in an SC taco, you can't hardly tell its there. Turbos are way louder.

and actually a well matched turbo will preform better then a SC. Its all on the size really.

i may have to SC or turbo my taco one day. not going to off road it hard so why not make it faster and have more power? lol

edit: if you look at my build you can tell i don’t have allot of plains for Optimus prime.

SC are belt driven to spin a fan that compresses air forcing it through the motor.

a turbo has two fans, the first fan gets spun by exhaust gases leaving the motor. this in turn spins a shaft that is connected to the second fan which spins and compresses air through the intake.

No such thing a a thread jack in here haha tons of BS goes on in here :p

    Very big!

Awesome thanks. Well im looking to lift it and some tires. My brain hurts trying to decide how to lift it lol, theres so many options. But I pretty much figured id like to go with 33 x 10.5 tires. I have the stock 15x7 rims. So im alittle limited. But I narrowed it down to your tires and super swamper m16. I looked at toytec coilovers for 750.00 and there toytec coilover kit 600.00, but the only difference between the toytec complete coilovers and the toytec coilover kit is the top plate and puttin em together yourself, didnt seem worth the extra 150 for there top plates. And for the rear there 2" add a leaf with possibly a 1" block. Im assuming youve been on the toytec site lol. Id like to go with full packs, but kinda spendy right now and I can always do them down the road.

    So some questions.
I guessing Ill have roughly 3" front and back?
What are your thoughts on add a leafs? Ive read there stiff for the road?
Do you have the coilover kit?
You think Ill have clearance for 33's? I see you have packs, add a leaf and a block. So makes me wonder if the aal and 1" block will be enuff?
Did you run wheel spacers for looks or clearance for the tires?
Do you experience your wheel stuffing up and into and rubbing your fender when you wheel?
Well I think thats enuff for now haha. And again thanks for taking the time.
