actually..there are dunes in ID..just across the south west border of Wy i believe. :D

or..just not quiet as sandy..loose dirt still though..plenty of huckable places :p

For now..Frankenstein is gonna get a big overhaul and lifestyle change in a few years.

somewhere in ID there are dunes..a few of em. xoverland even went there.

and Brady goes to some too.

    Edit:

    SEE!! sand dunes

    Wy has it all :D

and yes  Double cab will be the FSV...Frankenstein Support Vehicle :p haha

It'll become the basic overland truck/parts/camp gear/tools truck. 33s, mid travel, the RTT, probably Elite bumpers from Frank, lockers. just a nice basic build. FRV will also be in the mix to trailer if needed im sure.

    Frankenstein Fleet! haha

honestly, its not HORRIBLE. due to the manual transmission and the low first gear. But, its not ideal. I haven't had any big issues yet with it but as my truck got heavier i really started to notice.

Once i pasted just having a front bumper on the truck, performance was horrible at that point. even on flat stuff. I have to down shift to 3rd going 65 to pass people if i want to.

If your not going to go to a 35'' tire, id recommend 4.56s eventually. But right off the bat is it needed? no. But put it on your list. it will help a lot.

If your don't seriously wheel the truck on a regular basis on harder trails..no need for 35s. 33s will take you dang near anywhere.

and it has been long believed that 32s are in fact the perfect size for our trucks.

33s will and do feel a bit bloated, but not horrible. They do the more weight you add though.

that said, regear isn't NEEDED..but i still recommend it at some point in your build. I was waiting for dual lockers but i landed on some 35s before then so regearing is coming a bit earlier for me.

275/65s could be an option too..

these trucks are still very capable with 32/33s.

    15s are awesome..more tire..less rim..

    idk..haha

i know id never run a 16'' rim though. 15s or 17s is all id run.

eh. You'll want a better tire anyways i think.

gonna be harder watching me cut up Frank and mount 35s this christmas :D haha
