I think it would be really interesting to go see the formula 1 circus when they come to austin, tx. Years ago they came to phx when I lived there. Got to see the cars and crews up close. Was pretty cool.

I'll check it tomorrow, the top radiator hose cracked on my 95.

I just gotta save up $3700, but that may be tough if i move to VA.

Does the S/C change the gas mileage on the 1st gens? I've been reading that the 2nd gens don't lose very many MPG (1-2 sounds normal).

    for you..it'll be bad :D :p hahahahaha

nah hopefull you can manage it. if you can't..you should just stick to the computer design side of life..haha

its not that bad. just label your hoses and it'll be fine. and don't wire anything in like a tard ass and it'll work great!

    That would be sick..

well..all depends on how much you keep your foot out of it..haha my dads is pretty tweaked out at this point..so he gets 15ish..but he likes to open it up when he can..i mean..if you could hear this thing..you would know..

but if you keep your foot out of it, yea about 1-2mpg hit is normal. But if your worried about mpgs..you shouldn't be getting a SC haha thats like putting on 33s and armor and hoping for 22mpgs still.

You mean besides replacing the fuel pump and wiring in the URD ECU?

thats for the SC yea. Pretty basic. Also install the dynamic idler pulley. transfer the TB too. a lot of hoses.

    for the 7th injector:

need to drop the fuel tank to install the 190lph fuel pump
    7th injcector into the SC
    plumb fuel too it
wires for the 7th injector into the cab
tie in the MAF calibrator into your harness which i think is like..4 or 5 wires..can't remember. Instructions are on URD i believe. Been a while since i have read them.

Again..not a ton..but a good days worth of work or more i bet. think on average takes about 6-8 hours for most people to install SC the first time.

sure. you could. have torque like you couldn't believe with 5.29s and 33s haha but you'd be at like 3-3200ish at 75mph. Idk about you but thats where my 14'' muffler starts to wail again..so i wouldn't like that.

and yes..lots of power at 3k haha runs out at around 4.5k though..i know this well..haha

yea, its not too bad. URD has great instructions that comes with all thier stuff too to help you with the 7th injector.

I'm fine with it as long as it's not a 5 MPG drop from stock with the same throttle %

The other day i got 90 miles out of a half tank  i was doing a lot of city miles and idling around the house.

But last tank i got ~ 187 miles on 5/8ths of a tank, and that was taking my quad up in the mountains and being hard on the gas.

hahaha sheesh. I can print of as much as i want..long as it school related......*cough*

Yea finding a good space will be key. and good tools. Belts can be a bitch, you might as well put on all new belts as you'll have to take off the other belts to put on the SC/Alternator belt.

the PS belt is a bitch.

getting them tight is pretty easy once you know how the tensioner work. You jsut don't want TOO tight. or you'll wear out the belts fast..of course not tight enough and they will slip like joey's and my PS and my alternator did on the trip.

New belts also strech with time so you need to re tighten them, thats why mine squealed on the trip. Only had like 3-500 miles on them.

probably right..where is brady and his gear ratio calculator.

Hey man..BS is in the title..it's aloud

But yea, I like how it's a BS thread too. I like that people can come here with questions and get answers. And have a good discussion and some fun.

    It's awesome.

Plus..the build isn't so bad...granted nothing has happened to it in a few mounts..but..will change soon..

    700ffs hid? Approved

    Also I think bobert's are 4000s aren't they?

I do know that true..figured you'd just go wheel spacers.

But some new rims could really give the truck a new look. What you thinking of getting?

    3/4 mts?

    Nothing wrong with the 700s.

And what?? Like those made a big difference..haha

Same you don't want 15s. I'd sell you all 5 of my rims.

That said..only 4" BS. that's only .5" less then stock.

Rigggghhhttt forgot about the at tire haha

Wheelers type Bs. The tires and wheels on my truck now will go up for sale in December. I'm getting 35s

You won't notice much of a change then. Even when I had 3" BS on my 31x10.5s they stuffed up into the fenders. Actually my 12.5s on 2.5" BS still do under the fenders...not sure what your worried about them not tucking under the fenders when flexed..

    Weight man.

I promise if you got in my truck and traded stopping it from 30mph even t as fast as you could you'd be scared.

Better braking is always a good thing.

Pushing your tires out .75-1" isn't going to change that.
