My 02s brakes feel 100x better then my 96s. I do the same when I get in it after not driving it for a while haha

But I do a lot if engine braking..brake at the last second..I didn't notice though.

Just saying. I'd get 3.75 BS man at least. 4 isn't going to help and you'll want em wider with the bumper probably.

If you end up armored and stuff. Put them in the list.

    Good order for the list.

    That could be why.

Key to braking on those roads is brake super hard and get down to speed then get the hell off em. Saves your brakes. Braking slowy means a longer time for the pads in contact regardless of how light your braking. Thus more heat and fade.

I use brakes as little as possible tho..just my style. How my dad taught me. And Tim. Tim is crazy driving down mountains though..seriously insane.

that doesn't make sense..so you'd rather cause more heat and brake fad then less fad and better stopping???

oh man, when i got done rebuilding Frankenstein and had the rear bumper, bed rack and rtt on for the first time..WOW was i surprised haha no brakes it seemed like haha

But im used to it now.

And true that was a bit excessive..sorta..i drive that like in the mountains a lot..:anonymous:

But you mean pumping? i can agree with that. I just brake really hard..off..hard..off..turn...and  haha

Sleep is a waste of time.:D

Yeah, about that braking... might want to think about upgrading to a master cylinder with a larger bore than the stock 13/16". I didn't notice much of a power loss going to 35"s, but they seem to have a lot more rotating mass affecting braking. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't lock up the brakes on the stock setup. I know some folks upgrade to Tundra calipers but you need 16" wheels for that. If I were you, I'd get a 1" or 1 1/16" bore MC. Fatso. :D

I did go to bed :p haha

have trouble sleeping anyways. I pinched a nerve last firday at the gym in my upper back. right below my next on the left. Holy crap its annyoing. Saturday was miserble for me. sleeping is hard.

    exaclty! haha

Great..stopping sucks enough as it is for me..

and would just a MC upgrade really help?

wonder if Willwood makes any calipers that would fit my 15s..
