I'm a poor college student who's planning on moving cross-country within ~12 months, i won't be able to give my truck much money until i get a good steady job and either graduate, or go to a technical school.

Dude you could go now and hit lots. There are LOTS of easier rated trails man.

    :anonymous:

Yes I have. But nothing drastic haha not build thread worthy haha

Yea you could go and hit tons. Plenty of great stuff there.

I'm doing at least one trip next year. Don't know if it's going to be Moab, you're secret trip, or the FJ Rally here in New Mexico...

You can never do all of Moab in one trip anyways. Going with basic stuff will make you build the truck more and more to handle more and more.

Plus you won't be doing all of it anyways without 37s and probably sac haha

Yeah, moab (from what i've read) is massive.

Moab would be the closest and probably the easiest to schedule for.

Pritchett is doable with 35s and ifs. Just need dual lockers and if your a manual a crawlbox.

And yea. Ben did Moab with just spacers and an AAL. Did elephant hill, seven mile.

Even if I could, I wouldn't do all of Moab in one trip anyway. Gives you some sightseeing/exploring to do next time.:D

Moab with a lift tires and sliders will be plenty for most people's first times. So worth it! Absolutely!

Nah man. Easy or not. It's awesome.

I did top of the world and it's an easy trail other then one spot that isn't really doable for a stock truck but it has a bypass. And it was my favorite trial. Was awesome.

It's such a unique place you'll never regret going there even on "easy" stuff.

You don't have to hit the hardest meanest trails out there to have a great time.

Lolo and magruder trails are doable in a car pretty much. Was one if the funniest offroad overlanding weeks of my life. Why? Good company :) had great friends and a beautiful secluded area.

    Yea it's pretty sweet.

Only thing is it's so big now wheeling on trails with more then 10 rigs can not be so much fun..it's a hell of a lot more work.

Plus different styles and areas. Moab is it's thing. Mine with be high elevation, and your local one will be different too.

So many trails. So little time haha

Hmm, true. I hated doing the trail run when we had 16 vehicles! It was a pain to get turned around and was so slow! I don't want to go through that again...
