Haha yeah, it could be fixed with literally like a millimeter of grinding on either the inside of the wheel or on the caliper. But not worth it just for a spare imo

Yeah, as Brent mentioned, those wont clear his caliper without a spacer.

I might order one of these. I think this is the same wheel I am currently running, but not certain. I'd be dissapointed to find they don't clear either.

My buddy insists that the only 15" D window steelies that clear our ('01-'04) have the red and blue stripes on them. Mine do and they clear.

Yea its a Type B. Still has the 33x12.5 on it. Was just gonna sell it with the other 4s so whoever buys it can have a spare if they tube it..

8s are a bit better IMO too cause they pull the tire in a bit. So you get a tad bit more height out of it..not a deal breaker amount though..but what else happens is it pulls the tire in more so your rims usually stay a bit more protected from rock rash..usually..

no my current rims that the 35s are on are off of Summit. Not sure what the heck they are..id have to go through Jons build and get the PN.

I do know that he still needed to use 1'' spacers to clear his calipers up front though..

on the drivers side...almost nothing left lol.

when ever i get an alignment done i will have to be specific with the techs, to get the drivers side more similar to the passenger side, and then try to get the toe and camber in spec from there. if the passenger side ends up more like the drivers side the tire might rub noticeably more lol

In short, tell them you want like 3* of caster or more. haha I'll bet your passenger tire has more caster right now and that's why we had to cut less. I could bring my digital angle finder and we could do an alignment in your driveway. haha I admit it may not go great since you would be my first, but I can sure get you some caster. haha

You're probably OK. Most of the D window steelies on Summit range from a low of 1800# to a high of 2100#. so even if you have one of the weak types, that is still 7200# total. I don't think Frank is quite that fat.......
