    that is ideally what we all what, thats why we get bigger alternators. a smaller pulley isnt going to magically increase the overall amps of the alt, its going to change it amount of output at "X" rpms of the engine.

    either way im my quest for more knowledge on the cs-144 i found that someone did a lexus alt swap, do you know anything about this or did you come across that when you were researching?

    Mean you don't have to worry about the pinion moving so the spacing never changes. Also mean you can pull it out and reuse it. Which I need for sure as ill add lockers later.

    I think its worth it. Has already save me some stress I think. My pinion seal is starting to seep a little. I can change it out myself without having to worry about crushing the crush sleeve more during the swap.

    What is it costing you guys? I think I paid $45 extra for it? :notsure:
