    Crazy part is it's for free..for us..amazing. And i doubt he makes much money off it. Considering how little ads there are haha So glad for this place.

    They are already installed. :eek: Is the only reason for greasing the OD to ease installation?

    NO! you want the sleeve moving not the bushing in the spring! You'll get the squeaks. Grease the insides and the sleeve, plus the outer face of the bushing that meets the mount but not the part of the bushing that touches the leaf on install. Might be a bitch to press in but it's supposed to be.

    It was also interesting the the inner sleeve ID is .575 and the shackle shaft is .550. Is .025 too much slop? There is definitely slop.
