    I don't think I will either, but while I'm in there I may clearance more than I need to.

    I figured it's the simplest way to not have my DD down for a whole weekend.

    Another question though, I want to pull my struts to make sure I clearance for complete travel, I shouldn't need an alignment is all I do is pull the bottom shock bolt and the 3 top nuts correct?

    no you won't need a new alignment for that.

    And if you break out the welder, you are risking having the DD down for more the a weekend 10x more then just banging it with a hammer.

    33.5s should be no problem. You won't need the welder.

    Awesome, I didn't think so but I'm no expert about IFS.

    Yeah, not planning on needing the welder.

    I have a tire off of our f250 that is very close in diameter (Supposed to be within .2") and almost 3/4" narrower than the tires I want and it looks massive rolled up against the current 265's.

    Everything looks huge compared to 265s lol i doubt you'll have to tub, and i hope you don't have too. not a fun job.

    Doesn't seem like Monte touched on this so I'll add this: it really all depends on leaf springs and shackle setup. Back when I ran longer shackles, I would eat the front of my wheel wells pretty good. I also understand this is the case with Dakars regardless of shackles.

    Back to stock length shackles, a very minor trim on the front, lower portion of the rear wheel well, and I'm fine. Stuffed the shit out of it yesterday and zero rubbing with my 295/75s:

    I think I'm gonna get treadwright guard dogs, most of my driving is less than 30 miles each way and the property where I'll be working the next year or so I really need a more aggressive tire (Lot's of mud), and then for the occasional road trip I can pick up another set of stock wheels and put a standard A/T or even H/T on it.

    I'm going with 285/75/16 but the treadwrights run big from what I've read.
    I didn't even think about that.
    I have stock leaf pack and shackles with 2 added leafs on each side with the overload removed.

    Good to hear (Nice pic BTW) I figured I'd need to pull my mudflaps this go-around.

    Ive wheeled with a guy that had 285 Gaurd dogs. You will have no problems making them fit. Definitely won't need the welder at all.

    I know you would be the one to know this Monte....can you swap out a tacoma elocker and third onto a t100 or tundra housing? That way I can keep my elocker but get the width of the Tundra axle (66") for my LT.

    Nope

    The elocker and 8.4'' have different mounting patterns to housings.

    Your only option for a selectable locker is ARB/TJM in the 8.4'' diff with the T100 housing.

    Thats why i never bothered looking for an elocker to swap. So i could build my 8.4'' diff the way i wanted and just slap it in a t100 axle.

    Hella 5/700s with 55w hids probably.

    Okay. Yea got the new tool took off my bears with easy and the first one off the arb easy. The other arb is an issue. Currently at a loss on how to get it off. The way it's made the slots to allow a bearing puller are too shallow so the hooks cant sit perpendicular. Not sure how to remedy this yet
