    Hey Mark! Frank is doing great. Lowering the Rack was great. It moves up and down as well. Works okay, i want to redo it already. But it does work. Ready to redo the rear suspension though.

    Nope no Canti. I want to 4 link it. But for now i'll just do a T100 rear axle and outboard shocks. Lights are just sitting on the old rack for now. Not sure what i'll do with em all.

    Oh and i haz locker :cookiemonster: Cheaper then your elocker too :luvya:

    true, especially cheaper after all the shit i had to deal with. but ive also had it for way longer...which has been worth it to me lol. Not to mention i didnt know wtf I was doing that long ago when I was making that purchase lol

    Yea...idk what i'll do with the front. I REALLY don't want to take the front diff apart again. I hated it was it was. And this one was a bitch to put in. Diffs hate me. But i want the stronger diff for sure.

    What do u do with all the brake lines, E-brake mounts and such when you swap an axle? The 1st gen has so much going on back there.

    Rear brakes are easy. Going to run a manual rear proportion valve.

    Ebrake will also be pretty easy. Just some welding on of brackets.

    I've been thinking about the proportioning valve anyway with this build. It just seems like it might be a bit of a bother to adjust it every time I switch from daily driver to expedition/towing mode. Would be nice if the valve had preset stops or clicks so you could figure out what setting is good for what load in advance.

    Most are clicker valves. So you'd just have to remember how far to turn it :p haha

    Also planning on a relentless axle truss from Eric to beef up the axle. Why not. @RelentlessFab

    Well that would be fine. The OEM BPV setup seems a bit hokie anyway. I mean I could imagine cases where it might not work like you would expect.

    Is that the one Jason is running? I remember this was discussed in the one 1st gen thread I think and I think he mentioned one of the setups needing adapters to make it work while another setup wouldn't need one?

    Any particular reason you are going with that one? I need one too and value your expertise.

    Will that also remove the mess of crap up off the axle?

    Not sure yet what axle I want to run yet......ford 9", t100, tundra, etc....

    T100 and tundra are the exact same rear axle.

    I dont have ABS so i don't have a hug mess. Just the stock BPV to deal with as it has a return line back to the MC for the fluid that gets bleed off when you apply the brakes. But shouldn't be too bad. THen i just have to connect the actual send line from the MC to the axle.

    The manual valve i picked is supposed to just be easier to install. Goes right into the MC.

    Im considering getting a T100 MC too, but not sure that'll make a difference or not.

    Some guys advise against it but I really want to do rear discs with whatever I go with.
