    I've broken a few CV's, and even sheered the ADD stub shaft in 4 fucking hi (unlocked). And I'm peddling around on my baby 33's. My point was...big tires and little gears are not a winning formula.
    The biggest reason I got the front ARB is because the locking side gears in the ARB case are way stronger than the factory ones. And it's come in handy. It got me out of two "ahhhh shit" moments without needing a tug job.

    I think he killed 3 CVs on 35s and the spider gears...or a bearing maybe..

    Never killed the R&P with 37s.

    Neither has the dude that crawls with Matts LT kit on 37s. Hasn't in 4 years he said. Or broke a CV.

    Silas killed 3 cv's in like one week in Moab. And they were all shitty A1 cardone. Buy a shit cv and yeah, that's the weak point. Get good CV's and the torque has to go somewhere.

    I'm not saying it can't be done, but you gotta drive around with a 2x4 under the gas pedal.

    I would think you'd hear ugly crunching noises and lose pull from the front. Not sure what happens if you lock it. Does it still pull on the one side?

    First of all, who's taken off their fan? I don't understand why it won't budge even tho all the bolts are off..:

    Second of all why can I see in my bell housing?? Like it doesn't fit up to the engine! The bottom half is exposed... I can see my flywheel...

    IIRC you have to remove the entire fan clutch assembly. Is a plastic blade broken? Why do you want to remove just the fan?

    Is it the 5vz v6? Mine has a cover over that area, sounds like your cover might be missing. Can you post a pic of the exposed flywheel area?

    There should be a metal plate with a rubber gasket that covers the lower bell housing.
