I think it's on top of the t case...I have two plugs on the harness but only one spot to plug it in...I looked at a 98 and it had two plugs

 

Oh damn haha the top? Hmm..trying to remember from when I did the clutch. I seem to recall having a plug tied off on the harness somewhere.

Hmm not sure I'll be able to see them. I do remeber having a plug tied off on the harness. Did you blow your case? The only thing I can think it may be for is a push button setup. Not sure though.

Yeah hit the dirt in utah, drive down to powell then to the big canyon by dirt, check out horseshoe bend. Down to flagstaff then sedona from there, cut over to fr300 and drive along the edge of the mogollon rim jump on the AZBDR from there and take it all the way to the border of Mexico!

 

Sounds like a good trip to me!

I used to do that constantly. But I'm not in Wyoming much. come man. You know I used to. St. Louis...doesn't have the same thing. Too many people.

But that's not the point. Yea it's easy to shut off the phone and stuff. But idk. Just on the trips the first few days are exciting and everyone is Reving to go. My favorite is after the initial excitement blows over. And we slow down a bit and just enjoy everything. But that may just be me. The longer the trip the better it is for me. Just off on our own. No real priorities. It's great.

 

I might be doing the AZBDR on my suzuki DRZ later this year! Need to get out more in my truck too

Doing the AZ and ut BDR for one trip would be pretty sweet I bet!

FWIW, I grew up in Phx and went to school at NAU so I am familiar with many of the places you mention. But it was long before I was into wheeling so it would be a whole new perspective.

Also, It seems to me that 2 trips are called for this year. One 2 week one and a 1 week one. To that end, a trip back to Moab alone might work as a 1 week-er.

 

But unless I am mistaken, you are referring to doing Moab in the spring. Monte can't do that so it does not apply to this discussion.

 

Moab for a week. Sure why not. Not long enough I think but better then nothing.
