Ah gotcha. Well that would be sweet. Get extended travel one tho. Might as well if your getting UCAs.

Also I'd go with fox or king. Icons are great but foxs and kings valving and springs would fit your type of wheeling better

    Thanks Adam. It's coming along

I like the 90 degree cb thing. I'll have to stop at radio shack again.

As for the tie downs I do like that idea actually. Would be easiere to bolt down and the bed rack can be bolted down that way as well. Think I could put some 1" angle iron behind it and runs few bolts down through the top and the rest through the inside.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

Ya that's what I would've done. Kept the rolled cab and patched some holes, then ditch the bed and build a cage expedition bed sorta thing. But I don't have another vehicle at the moment so that's why I had to go this route.

Nice work, it's really shaping up!

Are you going to be installing all new glass in the cab yourself as well?

Did you scrape the stuff you took off? It might look pretty good on my 84 frame

Ya man it was sweet. It'll be even better when I get it back on. Going to add 8 LEDs bars to it and some sweet tie down rails and of course..my RTT  then a water tank. And then I'll redo the portion.

idk about the area. look theft up and see how bad it is. on your light, don’t they make locking or keyed bolt/nuts? maybe something to look at. just for peace of mind.

Lights are dimming? Wow so,etching got crossed up bad. They has to be a power wire or ground screwed up somewhere. Check everything. I'm guessing it's at the amp. That stuff just moves from time to time. Hon my 4 ch amp wires have crossed before and the amp shut down.

What you have going on tho is really really odd and sounds potentially dangerous. Don't light the truck on fire please ha

Just need to do the door panel and guts transfer over to the new doors, i gom some cool blank handles too  throw the seats in and BAM!! I can drive it...well..apart from not having a rear window..and i need to do the windshield. BUT! Ill be driving it in the next day or so!! i can't wait! I miss it it so much!

Anyways here are some pics. i just noticed i didn't take any of the rear of the cab..sorry.
