    Installed mine today, I had to hack up the bolt on my 08 as it wouldn’t come out.

    Review wise product does what it says, downside is the factory gas cap on the 2008 model doesn’t slide in enough to hold it more securely vs the newer models.

    On a side note, should I be concerned with the screw being short and not getting enough bite? Other than that, this is great!

    just use some vise grips or channel locks to remove the screw. i just used a 10mm bolt i had laying around in my bucket of hardware

    I have had a few people ask me the replacement bolt size.

    REPLACEMENT BOLT SIZE: M6X11MM(or longer)

    INSTALLATION: The tab on the RIGHT side of the gasshole slips UNDER the metal lip of the gas door. Then push it down flat and put the bolt in.

    That being said, I just filled up this morning and I think my "Premium Fuel Only" sticker was placed on that ridge just above. I may be good but I can't remember for sure so I guess I'll know in the next couple of days when it arrives. Last time letting my cap hang when I fill up! w00t!
