Sure do. I want a GASSHOLE though, mostly because it says GASSHOLE, but also because I don't want to hook it on the clip any more.

 

Haven’t bought one because most gas stations around me aren’t self serve. Anyone notice if the guys at the pump use the Gasshole or if they just let it dangle still?

 

I bought one and the attendants have ignored it so far! Just waiting for the day when all of Oregon will be free to pump our own gas.

 

I just can't get over states that don't allow you to pump gas. I have pumped my own gas my entire life. We had full service stations 40 years ago but the same stations had self serve for a few cents cheaper. I think there is one or two stations around that still offer to pump it at a higher price. Thats crazy.

 

I was born/raised in Oregon and I don't get it either. Every time I go back to visit I forget about it being illegal to pump my gas, always trips the gas attendants out when I actually know how to do it myself and not burn the place down.

It is nice not having to get out and pump when it's blowing snow though.

 

I spend time in Portland, and have relatives there. They tell me it's a jobs program. I guess there aren't enough burger joints there to provide all the minimum-wage jobs to keep the unemployment rate somewhat acceptable, so they create those jobs by passing laws prohibiting motorists from pumping their own gas, and making the gas stations hire people to do it. Those laws were enacted by the representatives of the people, and if the people wanted something different, they'd vote for representatives who would change things. In fact, they just did -- it's now legal in rural areas to pump your own gas. I guess the unemployment rate in those areas isn't bad enough that they need to create jobs through prohibiting people from filling their own cars. Occasionally, the system works.

 

New Jersey is the same way, they have people to pump the gas for you. It is a way for the state to lower unemployment.

 

The unemployment rate in the rural counties where self serve gas is now allowed is much higher than in the populated counties! Oregon is under control of one political party which likes taxes very much but doesn’t like businesses to flourish. We grow trees like weeds here but can’t cut them anymore! I’ve lived here for 61 years and it’s sad to see Oregon going to the dogs.

 

Agreed, Portland and Salem dictate to everyone else who is just along for the ride. Its hard to live here some days.

Lucky for you I have a bunch. But I'm trying to hold out on release until I get a confirmed LB fitment

Doubt it. 2nd gen way different than 3rd. I've only sent out a few 2nd's for guys to test fit.
