I am getting the TJM bumper ready for install. I finally got the fog lights mounted. What a fucking PITA.

Not much room for a wrench...

Here is where I am mounting the Rigid Dually's...

... going to use this scrap aluminum angle from work to make some brackets utilizing the light mounting holes on top...

There are 2 sets of mounting holes for lights on each side of the grill hoop. The Hella's will bolt through the front holes and fasten the bracket and I will run a bolt through the rear holes to keep them secure. Pictures will explain later.

Haha. I have always wanted a set as well, They look sick on our trucks.

Well here is what I have done so far. Got one Dually bracket fabbed up, its just sitting in place for mockup. I will get the other one done and paint them.

I really wanted a set of Rigid 4" E series lights to fill these holes but it was more than I wanted to spend and probably over kill for what I want.

I doubt I will get the bumper mounted for a couple weeks. I have a lot to do this week and I will be in Texas next week.

Finally installed a Scanguage II with Blendmount. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these.

putting the fog lights in is the most time consuming part IMO.

if it's all put together, mounting it takes like 20 minutes tops

Cool. I got pretty pissed at the fog lights, but finally got 'em buttoned up.

I ordered some Nokya 2500k bulbs for the fogs. I decided to mount the Hella 700's on the Taco with the 3000k HID set, I picked up a hot glue gun today but forgot the hole saw , so I will run and get that in the morning and hopefully, finally get this bumper mounted.

Thanks. Sierra Expeditions still has the sale price on their website.

I did not have to trim anything. The grill is behind the bumper. I will try to remember to get some more pics tomorrow while I splice the fog harness.
