    Yes and we had a blast. I almost didn't come back. Not having a job to worry about made it tough to leave, lol.
    Would have jumped on this but due to the previous comment (unemployed) my priority list has changed a little.
    Looks good Chris! I like that hi-lift base.

    And your right about @Crom 's info. It's always been helpful for me.

    Taking my first camping trip in the new pop up Friday. Gonna see how well the Tacoma pulls it should be a breeze since 4runner pulled it like a champ.

    Is it like Hidden Falls where it's hilly or not quite as hilly as that?

    @fajitas21

    Convinced the girl friend to study for the HAM course as well so she can get hers and help each other study. So looks like I am going to take it the second weekend of August on the 6th hopefully.

    It's mostly ups and downs and nothing but hard packed dirt. Lots of offcamber trails.

    It's a fun place if your close by ornif it's a actual event where you can wheel all day.

    On the sundays they have the TX4wd meetings they start at 2pm so it doesn't leave much time to wheel.

    Too many to list
    Thanks Warren, I cannibalized a portion of the original base where it mounts to the hilift itself.

    It might help on that point, itll help keep you from destroying the shocks as well by bottoming them out.

    a buddy of mine that lives in College Station has been trying to get me to go there with him but its hard since the only time to ride is the afternoon on Sundays like @Snorkie said. Not a lot of time to wheel and then drive 3 hours home.

    AWESOME!

    Hamtestonline I think I paid like $25 and it pretty much taught me the test. Missed 2 on the entire test I think. Took about a week or two of study. In the end it wasn't that hard and I learned a good bit about radios in the process.

    Quick trailer update, making progress:
    Box is on it to mock up where to cut, going to the chop shop (Chris' house) on Sunday to get some work done to the neck and tailgate.

    Pulled fenders to bedline em. Painted wheels black last night.
