It has actually been scientifically proven that "B" is the correct option. Many years ago, two eminent physicists at Caltech had an ongoing argument on this very subject. After several years of debate one of them discovered a roll of TP that was printed on one side, and demonstrated that the printed side could only be seen when the roll was installed in the "B" position. They agreed that this was conclusive proof that TP must always be installed with the loose end out, as God intended.

B because when you pull it down fast it doesnt get caught with the rest of the roll like A does

Thankfully, the Mrs. does not really care, however it drives me nucking futs to see it in the "A" position.

Gotta flow over the top and outwards. It is just easier to tear off.

If you pick A, that means you wipe from back to front and that can lead to a yeast infection...

Always go B and wipe from front to back...

B, but A is better than an empty cardboard tube.
The fold method keeps all the fingers clean.
If she says "you didn't put the seat down", I say "just be glad I put it up".

hahaha My sister actually used this one time, in an out house surrounded by corn fields.

When your on a boat sharing 10 shiters with about 60 other guys you just learn to bring your own or take the entire TP roll when the navy cats put up new ones and keep it to your self. :D

    B in the house.

If you have ever owned a cat you must roll "A"

Otherwise you will come home to a large pile of toilet paper unrolled next to your toilet

    Consider these factors:

Let's say one gets a brand new TP roll. By factory standards each TP roll has the outter sheet stuck to the layer of sheets beneath it to prevent the TP roll from unroling itself. Before someone puts a TP roll into the tube, does one:

    A) tear the first layer out before inserting it into the tube?

    B) tear the first layer out after inserting the tube?

I'd like to say most people would naturally choose A, however that is logically not always the case. Let's say that one makes choice A, I'd say it is slightly harder for someone to get the first layer out of the TP because one would have to pull the TP upward instead of a downward position. Once the sheet can be pulled down and roll naturally, does one:

    A) Prefer the sheet further (option A)

    B) prefer the sheet closer (option B)

This is a matter of personal taste. There is no right or wrong, what matters is the way we look at things and how each individual feels about the situation. looking at every TP comercial points towards option B being the ideal option. Id like to say that most people would opt for option B.

I don't really care for either as long as there's paper. To me it only matters if there's an absence of TP.

    :)
