I made the mistake of painting the XL80 brackets and installing them first. Then I measured the bed sides like three times last night. By the time I was sure both lines were in the right place it was almost midnight. I figured my neighbors would have a legitimate complaint to the police if I tried it.

All bs aside, I would be more scared of Mrs. HOA than the mister here. Her trigger finger in ready to squeeze at the sound of any grinder to metal noises after the sun goes down.

 

Ironically, her gun was inoperable at the time she was holding it because it had been rendered temporarily unusable to use as a prop in one of her cases (they're both lawyers). But I agree with you. She ready to let it bark.
