I’m not even going to bother putting my inferno OR non scooped hood located in the bay area Ca. On here .... but, does anyone know if you can order a hood already painted to match?

Yes, sort of. If you look back through the thread, there is a list posted of all the parts you need. The hood and scoop come unpainted primer. Your dealer will gladly paint for money. Most who have reported have quoted total cost of $1,000-$1,200. The hood/parts cost about $600-$700.

The biggest deterrent I see to this route is now having a non-skewped hood to deal with/attempt to sell.

Ok I’ll play I didn’t like the scoop before but it’s growing on me. I have a 2019 quicksand off road good looking for a scooped hood. Located in Orange County willing to add cash of corse. My hood currently has 150 local miles on it, it’s flawless.

i was considering trading my scoop cement hood for a non scoop.. even had it set up here in BC.. still might do it.. but wondering.. what are your guys reasons for one or the other.. i like the better visual clearance of the non (if any) but i like the idea of a light bar mounted in the non functioning scoop.. for or against? let hear it!!!
