If you have space freeze them. You can thaw em out when you want and put them in whatever you want as you need it, and or get a lemon zester and grate it into sauces, soups and chili's. I get a ton of cukes(pickling cucumbers) and make bread and butter pickles and add 1 sliced up hot pepper de seeded in each jar.

I like a good cilantro heavy salsa. As far as recipe, I think I have one kicking around but I normally use jalapenos. I would just sub for those tasty Ghost Peppers. Not at home to look though.

Its good over white rice but can use as a marinade also. If you make 2 cups liquid, id start with half a pepper, and work up. You can always add, but cant take away

I made ghost pepper hot sauce last year. The kitchen smelled like napalm. I wore gloves, steeped them in vinegar, a head of garlic and sugar. At my best I could only use a couple drops mixed in with something else.

If you have a smoker, smoke your veggies n peppers before you make a sauce to blend. If not whole head of garlic with 1/4 of pointy end chopped off so its flat( keep whole with bunch together with skin on for that purpose) Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper do same with veggies on sheet pan. 400 degrees 20 min. Cool and every clove of garlic will squeeze pop out of skin instantly. Than blend up together, maybe add a drop or slight dash of liquid smoke. MONEY!

First and only hot sauce for the season. My yard is surrounded by trees and I only get a couple hours direct sun per day. It was a slim harvest to say the least. SO, habanero, serrano, jalapeno, and texas longhorn. Ladies and Gentlemen I give you the seasons first garlicy, sweet and savory with a pinch of fresh cilantro and shallot. You have flavor and I luv a punch at the end and this has it. Three of the bottles are for my friends the jar is for me and taco tuesday!

    A bunch of junk
I'm back from vacation and back to conjuring up hot sauce stuff. I promise I'll get a few bottles out here shortly. I'm soon buying a heating vitamix blender, immersion blender and a liquid bottling machine. I am getting to the point where I need to produce much larger batches to keep the locals happy.

Please pm me your address for a free bottle, I hear the dealer gives a free hit to get you hooked.
