    Just got caught up in here. Now everyone is making sauces? Fuck. Another cooking hobby I need/but dont need. Now to find a pepper supplier until I can grow some. BTW @wilcam47 where do you buy your bottles and the seals? I'm assuming they are shrink seals? :notsure:

    3/3. Everything left in the garden. Jalapeno, Thai and Fresno Chiles. Cilantro, (the whole damn thing!) shallot and enough garlic to cure herpes. Salt, sugar, a splash of beer for good luck and a cap full of liquid smoke. It instantly bites you then fades away into smoky goodness.

    Tried The Last Dab eXperience tonight. It was substantially hotter than Apollo and the flavor was way different. X was very fruity at the beginning and it had a lot of staying power. Would recommend!
