The hunt for Insurance continues.... Help?

I've got a 2013 dcsb 4X4
I drive my company work truck all week, so she just sits until I'm ready to play on the weekends, so my truck really only sees camping/ trail climbing trips etc.
I've got full coverage but after seeing & Hearing a couple horror stories about insurance companies denying claims when damage or injuries happen on anything but a paved, marked road, I got to searching.
I need coverage from someone who won't tell me to piss off when I roll it & break my collar bone
Or when my dumbass buddy is spotting me & guides my door right into a rock.
Not that any of it has ever happened before in the years I've been wheeling, but I need the peace of mind knowing myself & my passengers are covered in an accident & that I don't have to drag the wreckage to a road and tell the insurance some bullshit about swerving to miss a coyote & rolled it.


So far the list of NOPE is

Mercury
AAA

waiting on quotes from progressive & farmers

It really can't be that difficult. I've got money and I want to pay someone to insure me and everyone I ask says no there's no way to get insured like that.

Any ideas?

They won't let me have one policy that covers me on road like regular insurance and a separate policy that only covers off road... They couldn't overlap and yet... Nada

 

Geico is crap! You need to be able to talk to your agent in person, not just over the phone!

I'm working on switching back to my old Insurance Agent thats now with Mercury, I'll have to ask her about "off road" coverage.

Stay away from allstate, they are terrible.

 

Anyone in your fam had USAA? if so check them out

 

I posed this question on the TW Facebook page and several with USAA thought this issue was covered only to call and ask hard questions like

When I roll this truck on a rock trail, will you pay for my air flight and hospital & replace my truck?

And the answer was No for all USAA.
When I first asked, my insurance said oh yes of course off road is covered
Then I asked them that and they said oh... We thought you meant like on an unpaved road to your house or something not recreational use

 

Gieco told me my best bet is to go to a little local insurance broker the kind you see swinging signs on the curb and negotiate from there.
And even sent me a follow up letter about it that said their services were not suitable for my requirements or use.
