    Key to great gravy is the base. I use the Turkey carcuss from the previous feast, add onions, carrots, celery & some peppercorns. Simmer it with water just to cover & reduce it by half for the next batch of gravy. Works real good.

    You betcha! Simmered 12 hours, ended up with 6 quart canning jars of it. After making gravy, stuffing, and mashed potatoes with some. And drank a couple of cups. Dog even got some on his food tonight.

    Ha forgot we have the same stove for a minute. It was there when I bought the house and wish I had another one to match. Been looking on ebay and they aren't cheap. And wished I had another for the left side yesterday.
