I find it to be sweet too but it’s great on the pork products I’ve cooked.

I’m excited to try the savory Pitfaced rub for my steaks.

Thanks for the tag and shout out! Happy to hook up all the TW members best I can :D.

Drinking anything nice yourself this fine evening? Just had some Compass Box Flaming Heart and Delilah's XXV to follow up some Old Grand Dad 114 that moved the night along.

Hope to help you massage your meat

TW was my launching pad. I absolutely love this community for all of the support my little business has received. Some awesome folks here, for sure.

It’s really good. It’s on the sweet side though, goes great with pork!

Awesome! I can't wait to try it. I do my own smoking just for myself and I'm always looking for new flavors
I prefer a sweeter que, my usual rub is on the sweet side so this should be right up my alley.

I’ve learned a lot from it. Gotta keep up though it usually has a lot of people sharing.

Used the new CP for the second time making the recipe in the CP manual for beef bourguignon. Pretty good. I'm going to let it go a couple more hours to break down the meat some more.

Just had beef stew last night, and again for lunch at work today. Made Garlic Cheddar Biscuits to go with them.

We like to make 20+ Qts and freeze single servings of the stew, easy to reheat and lasts all winter, or until we run out. :)
