Welll well sorry my recipe is half assed i don’t have measurements of ingredients anywaaay
So you can cook it on low for 7-8 hrs if you want but I don’t like to wait that long so I do high for 3-4 hours.

    Boneless skinless chicken breast
    Minced garlic
    Diced Yellow onion
    1 can of corn
2 cans or so of some kind of white beans
    Chicken broth
    Cream cheese about 5oz
Half and half 1/4 cup or so
1 can of diced green chilis and 1 can of diced jalapeños
Chili powder, cayenne, cumin, salt & pepper

Mix the seasonings with the chicken and place in the pot, then top the chicken with the corn, diced onion, beans, broth, chilis, jalapeños.
Cook 3-4 hours and remove chicken to shred and place back in the pot. Add the half and half and cream cheese, mix and cook for another 20 mins. On high to thicken it.
I like to top it with sliced avocado, sliced jalapeños and shredded cheese.

Hate to be pushy but I will anyway... can you tell us vague amounts of the rest, like how many chicken breasts, how much broth, small or medium cans of chilis etc? Just roughly?

Haha I usually do a lb of chicken,
For the broth I get the 32 oz low sodium but honestly don’t use the whole thing, 3/4 of it. Small cans of chilis but that’s kinda up to you how much chilis you’d like
