    That recipe looks to be delicious. But why do you peel the potatoes? The skin contains most all of the nutrients.

    I'm not a fan of skin on the taters personally. I'd peel em too. I only eat potatoes for the carbs :rofl:

    This came out great!
    Added a 1/2 bag of frozen peas (for the kids), a couple bay leaves :rasta:, some worcestershire sauce, and a dash or two of some tasty hot sauce :bananadead:. I did leave out the parsnips too. :anonymous:

    we did a taco bar for Christmas with my family (mom did the meat, we did tortillas, rice and beans, and my sister got all the toppings) and I fried up like 35 of em and had 2 skillets goin at once. to me they taste a lot better than store bought, and they are really easy to make

    most of the grocery stores around here have a Mexican food aisle and that's where it is.

    Im biased but that guys tortillas looked crumbly at the end...not pliable like they should be fresh off the pan, also he doesnt use a rolling pin.
