OK OK I don't NEED it, I do for some reason WANT it.

It's sitting in the cart right now, trying to decide if I should pull the trigger.

Mine too it is an older Jenn-Air and have thought about replacing it, or at least getting another double burner cartridge. But can't justify either.

Like it enough that in addition to that pig of a griddle (that I love) for the 3 burner camp stove did the same thing to my Weber gasser

Oh look more bacon, I see a common theme...

Upgraded my almost 40 year old Coleman white gas 2 burner with a newer propane model a few years ago. And a griddle of course.

Had to bring the Scrapple half way across the country.

We had a lot of trouble with ours, The grill thing was cool but the flat glass was not.

Mines from 1984 :) they don't make them like they used to. Last thing to be remodeled in this house is the kitchen. We'll get there eventually but for now the layout works as do the appliances.

Yeah the flat tops were popular and a lot of people liked them over the raised burners like I have but had problems with the flat tops. Last girlfriend hated mine said it was hard to clean but she seldom cooked so not sure what she was talking about. Notice I said last girlfriend LOL, but I don't mind cooking. Have the grill and wok too, but never used either one. Been here 15 years now. I grew up with the same Jenn Air remember when my mother had it put in. The 70's hasn't called me and said they want it back yet though  The one in my house is from the 80's IIRC from the serial number.

when i was driving over the road because im a truck driver in arizona nevada and california id always have the crockpot going in the sleeper with whatever i felt like eating that day for dinner, was one of the best things i ever did while driving out of state, now im a local driver so no sleep, but my wife and i do use a crockpot for dinners because its very easy and convenient for us both, stews are a good thing to make in a crockpot

Moose is incredibly lean, around 1/100 times as much fat as beef. So I was a little hesitant. This recipe worked great, nice and juicy, even my 7 year old finished his plate!
