    Anything else in there Kevin? Still have my ham hock in the freezer from Christmas double smoked glazed ham I did.

    Pretty decent chunks of meat left on the bone. I haven't settled on what all to put in it except beans of course. And carrots, got to have carrots. And :notsure:

    But have a chuck roast in the fridge was going to smoke this weekend. Still cold, below zero at night until Monday or Tuesday leaning more to Instant Pot for it. And trying a modified gun club (coke cola) slow cooker recipe with it. Just finished off the last of the crack chicken been eating it twice a day since I made it, done with chicken for awhile LOL.

    Made the chicken crack today to have for sandwiches over the weekend, wasn't a big fan. I can see it being good as a dip. Next time i want sandwiches, will be making the italian beef again
