Some people cant get over the fact its venison...a neighbor wont eat "wild game" if you tell him its wild game...but we had them over for dinner once and I made elk lasagna and didnt tell him it was elk and he said it was one of the best lasagna's hes eaten...;)

The worst part is looking at that face and not giving them any
    I saw you had issues?
I’ve microwaved and heated it up in the oven with no problems either way. What happened with yours?

Does not like beef. The wild game part of venison isn't what she doesn't like. Something about the texture of red meat she's not a fan of.
    VVVV
Let's just say that I haven't convinced her on venison or beef, but tube steak isn't a problem, and leave it at that.

If there's ever a time when I think I'll put my beef in the freezer because I'm worried it will go bad, I'm going to remember this and use it as motivation to eat the beef before it goes bad.

made a "peanut chicken" recipe yesterday. served over rice. it was good, felt like it was missing a little something though. might have been better over white rice vs brown like we used.

    ill grab the recipe later

Stewing hens, they cost $2 a pop and with a little BBQ sauce and 8 hours on low they fall apart and being older birds have a lot of flavour.

I put 3lbs pork roast in the crock this morning before I left to work today. I was only going to work 6 hours. Perfect. Nice juicy pork when I get home. NO!!! They kept me for 10 hours. Came home to a dried out pile of crap. Tried to save it but that was a no go. Ran to Taco Bell for dinner. What a waste. Major fail.

Too late for this cook, but a multi-cooker can cook for 6 hours and then go to warm. Just sayin'
