    The stock on them comes and goes a lot.. they were just in for about a week but out now. I'm ordering next time they come back! :rofl:

    Need to read reviews on the metal ones......not so great....
    they're partially plastic too....

    The metal pull is what broke on my oem one.....
    the new toyota one is not smooth....feels crunchy.....

    Does anyone know the part numbers for the driver side door handle mechanism. Mine has metal (chrome) door handles. Some part inside the door where the handle connects broke. The handle started become stiff and hard to move a few days before it broke. I would like to stay with OEM.

    The "metal" is a chrome embellishment on the black plastic handle. Handles came with and without the embellishment. (Item 6 on parts list "Handle assembly, outside door").
    "Where the handle connects" is a plastic clip. (Item 7 "Snap, Handle" on partslist)
    Is just the clip broken, or the black plastic handle, or both? Handle replacements come with the clip, but if you just need the clip you can save money.
    I have replaced both left and right handles with Dorman branded aftermarket, and they have both endured well. Price from dealer for OEM is outrageous.
    Here is a Parts List you can work from. Prices on the list are not valid. Notes in red are mine.

    Thank you. I just ordered a Dorman for the driver side. That should get me going again.
