    I recommend West Systems, Epoxy Resin, and filler products. I think 105, 205 and the matching filler to thicken it up. Add more filler to make it go from runny water to peanut butter viscosity depending on what you want to repair. Filler adds strength too. Of course you have to grind and clean up all damaged area so that there are no remaining fracture areas, then you will see how much you have to repair. If you don't remove all fractures, it will crack again. Sand with 40 grit and clean with acetone before applying glass resin. If its deep and wide area you will want to add new fiberglass sheet/matt, or chopped up fiberglass sheet that you mixed into the epoxy.
    Pictures will help me better understand where your gonna need to head with this, but i can see your already working on getting pics loaded

    Or you can go super ghetto and get Solar Rez from a surf shop. apply in the shade, move to the sun, then sand. It actually works pretty well when prepped well.
