    :notsure:

We already got $1200 deposited. Waiting on my $600 check now. It’s all going straight to savings. Gotta have cash on hand for due diligence / earnest money later this year.

Going to the shop tomorrow to get the front diff figured out.

All the flexes. It's going to be so strange. I've got a few other little odds and ends to buy but this year we are going big!

I got all my stuff to convert the Samurai to rear disk brake, then the 20 inch stretch and 39s or 40s. We will have to go ride somewhere when we get the mods done.

The wheel base, the frame will be extended 4 inches front and back, moving both axles 10 inches

Will do definitely ill be able to fit the bigger tires by then too.

Only one downside to the e-brake is if the drive shaft dies you have no e-brake. I forgot a bus I was working on had an ebrake like that and took the ds out and it went rolling down a hill into a parking spot about 50ft away. I was under it when that happened. Pretty scary. But I'm seriously thinking of doing the ebrake like that too.

What's the full JD setup you went for? Front and rear? Front bypasses? Hydro bumps all over?

I'm not going SUA gives up too much for what I do. I'll continue to refine the 63 swap with some custom springs from Alcan, 16 shocks, and then moving the shackle geometry around a bit. I went big in the front.

Sick! That's awesome! I want to switch to hydro bumps eventually, but no rush for me. +4 is so sick, I kind of wish I did that, but I don't want glass because I would destroy it on trees and rocks, and wouldn't fit down the trails as easily, or at all in some cases. I already smash my body on trees etc as it is now.

I am thinking of swapping to Sua though, just because the front works so much better going quick. But losing thatclearance is tough. Really interested to see what you do to make the 63 setup work better. More arched spring with the shackle pivot higher on the frame would help probably?

I'm not running glass. We can't really do that either I'm just going to have my tires stick out it'll be very similar to what a SAS truck would look like. I like that look and I can use that width to my advantage in deep ditches and ravines keeping the body off the walls.

A little more arched spring. I'm already using a stock spring that has more arch than the others at almost 6.5" compared to all the rest at 5.5" I'll probably go up to a 7 or 7.5" arch. keep the 5 leafs like I have maybe just tone down the rate a bit. Move the rear shackle pivot up a couple inches increase the length of the shackles to like a 6-7" with an angled shackle to get a tad more droop. I didn't french the front mounts into the frame hindsight I should of done that so I'm going to build ramps to them so when I'm frame dragging I don't get hung anymore. Right now my shocks are limiting the cycling a lot. If I disconnect the shocks I can cycle about like a dmz SUA. Going fast I just need to work on some valve tuning and then get some bumps on the rear I have none right now will also get 2.0 air bumps probably in 2" and then modify to get them to 3".

First I really gotta fix the front rad support and that whole can of brokenness the rear works wellish for now so need to work on areas that need repair and some other mods that I've been collecting parts for and ideas.

I can't wait to wheel with Jeff in that thing. He's about as crazy and ballsy as I am with wheeling.
