Got a couple things accomplished so far today, been a little lazy so far today as far as working on the truck.
First off found a shop to do an alignment the way I wanted it done and the guy did a good job. I am happy with the #s he got.

Then put the new billet seat risers in yep had to have a couple of washers as spacers since no one local had any full thread or 60mm bolts or ones that were too small. So I had to settle for 70mm
Out with the old spacers in with the new

Floor mat is a little wonky now but not terrible

Yeah, looks a little out of proportion, but whatever.

    16x8", 3.5" BS - same as F5's.

HTF is your driver side rear toe so out of whack?

I was more interested in the thrust angle after the 63 swap that was on the factory frame out at .7 before the swap now it's down to .4. That shows the relation of the front and rear axle and is the important measurement.
Maybe a bent tube, poorly welded flange, worn bearing. I've seen some worse than that, sometimes it's just the machine notice how it's off a hundreth from before and after. Not going to worry about it till I start burning through bearings. It's been like that since I bought the truck. You should of seen what we ran on the circle track car. We purposefully added camber and toe to them and had to change bearings every 3rd race.

Have you seen his front bumper??? let alone all the other orange accents and stuff on his truck. He does all the painting on them it turns out really nice. Much better than I can do.

Well went to the dead end at my apt complex where there is a culdisac and used one of the 2 cans of paint. Got interrupted by some weird lady pulling into the drive way down the road. She was staring up at me so I called it quits and left.

A few assesments of the Eastwood frame paint. This stuff comes out like a water hose, it's messy, and the straw isn't long enough. Glad I didn't cut out the factory crossmembers or I would of had a really hard time getting a good coat, having them in there allowed me to use the little holes they have around the frame to go to each section and get a decent coat. I still need to use the other can and get some more checking through the factory holes in the frame I didn't get everything coated well. Tip get some bailing wire and tape it to the hose to add some rigidity, I didn't do this and it would of made it a lot easier. Also that hose isn't very long. If you can figure out what size it is and put a longer one on that would be the ticket. For me though it'll be just fine. Definitely tape up all the holes possible before coating. And then untape some and go in everywhere you can to get it coated from many different directions you'll get the best results that way. I'll probably order another couple cans and make sure I've gotten everything really well!

@geekhouse23 ^^^^^^This you may want to think about for when you box your frame and paint it.

Good info. I'll box my frame eventually.

Did you go with the black or green paint?

Black I didn't want green running out and then having green streaks odly all over the undercarriage.

This stuff is really runny and doesn't come out in a misty form like a typical spray paint does. I guess it's because of the conical style nozzle they use.

@ovrlndkull I have the "drainage" plates that allow debris etc to exit the frame. I was thinking about this today, actually, but remembered oddly enough.

That'll make it easier then to get some good paint since you can come in from the top and bottom and have shorter runs. Downside is this paint is going to run everywhere so be weary and wear clothes and cover anything you don't want the paint to get on.

They only plate the rear most straight section of frame and looks like you have to cut all the factory crossmembers out to run them or cut them up to fit. You can get enough 3/16 from Metal supermakret for cheaper than that. They won't have that scalloping though unless you make your own to do that.

This. I plan to cut the OEM bullshit out and weld in a new crossbrace. Hell, I could even cut the plates and make them fit around the OEM bullshit.

This is, honestly, the most cost effective kit (for what it is) and they don't even sell it in the States. Sad really.
