The inventory build up has started!

Seeing multiple listings for new fully loaded TRD Offloads with the top end JBL package a few hundred below my own build not far from me. Except not in the color that I want (Blazing Blue). If you paid MSRP I'm sorry but you took it in the rear.

 

The early adopter tax is paid on a wide variety of technologies. Cars/trucks have high sticker prices so it hurts a lot.

Can't wait until inventory starts to collect dust on the lots. Might be a couple of months though. The truck I want simply doesn't exist. There is one nationwide.

 

Patience. They will build it!

 

Patiently waiting until February for mine. Told my dealers end of December/January. Figure I'll get the hook baited early so I can make them work for the sale.

 

What truck is that?

 

I want a silver TRD Sport DCSB V6, 2WD, automatic with the Tech and Tow package only. Unfortunately the distributors and dealers pile a lot of other options on top of that.

MSRP for the truck I want is $34,700.

Invoice on a 2016 Tacoma?....yeah not gonna happen.
This truck is worth every penny, not giving away the best truck made.

I'm waiting for a 7568A in white with tow package to sit on a lot for a month. Then I will buy it

 

When supply is low, and demand is high, consumers will pay more. Certainly on average right now. More profit for the dealers, distributors, and maker. The balance will change and I look forward to a more pro consumer market.

 

As long as you feel better about yourself that's all that matters.

 

I know all dealers in my area are NOT MSRP only for real buyers. Especially for units on the lot.
